The decision
A student marketplace succeeds when trust, convenience, and value are explicit. The strategic choice was to make reuse feel practical, not moralistic.
What we clarified
Positioning, wireframes, and interface direction had to serve one proposition: easy reuse between students.
Brand and UX were treated as one system: language, hierarchy, and actions had to agree.
Why it matters now
Early-stage marketplaces win when founders choose a narrow first audience and make the exchange feel safe.
